Breakfast Sausage Bread Pudding

A great crowd pleaser that can be made the day ahead. Just bake the next day.

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Makes: 8 servings

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Evergood Cheddar Link Sausages, diced
12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
5 eggs, beaten
3 c milk
8 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted and cut into cubes
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
"Lightly butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sauté sausage in skillet over medium heat until browned. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper. Layer bread in dish, pour egg/milk mixture on top. Top with sausage and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, preheat oven to 350º. Bake 40-50 minutes
