INGREDIENTS:
I lb Evergood Louisiana Hot Links or Chipotle Sausages
1 lb package of frozen hash browns
12 eggs
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1-1/2 c mild cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350º
Layer hash browns, then sprinkle with salt and pepper
Add cooked sausage, cheese and chilies.
Mix eggs with whisk and pour over potato mixture.
Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes or until set.
