INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Evergood Polish Kielbasa Sausages
4 French rolls
coarse stone ground mustard
onions, sliced
red and green bell peppers, diced
shredded Cheddar cheese
2 T olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Pour oil in a medium skillet and sauté onions and pepper until softened.
Grill sausages on stove-top or outdoor grill. Split buns and toast, remove from grill and fill with the cooked sausage, peppers and onions.
