INGREDIENTS:
6 lbs assorted Evergood Sausages (Bockwurst, Louisiana Hot Links, Polish Kielbasa, Smoked Bratwurst)
prepared mustards (yellow, coarse, Dijon)
sauerkraut
DIRECTIONS:
Make several diagonal slashes in each sausage.
Grill on preheated barbecue or grill turning often until browned on all sides. Serve with mustards, crusty bread and sauerkraut if desired.
