Makes: 6 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Evergood Garlic Sausages, diced
3 T olive oil
1/4 fresh parsley, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can Italian plum tomatoes, undrained
salt and pepper
1-1/2 lbs of dried or fresh fettuccine
Parmesan cheese, grated
DIRECTIONS:
Heat large skillet over medium heat and fry sausage, add some parsley and cook until sausage is browned. Add tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente and drain. Pour sauce over top and garnish with remaining parsley and Parmesan.
