Makes: 6 servings
INGREDIENTS:
6 Evergood Sausages (Smoked Bratwurst, Polish Kielbasa, Louisiana Hot Links)
2 T olive oil
1 red pepper, cored and sliced 1/2” thick
1 yellow bell pepper, cored and sliced 1/2” thick
1 onion, sliced ½ inch thick
6 sandwich buns
DIRECTIONS:
Pour oil in a medium skillet and sauté onions and pepper until softened.
Grill sausages on stovetop or outdoor grill. Split buns and toast, remove from grill and fill with the cooked sausage, peppers and onions.
