INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Evergood Louisiana Hot Link Sausages
1 crusty French baguette, sliced lengthwise and cut in quarters
red, orange and yellow bell peppers, sliced
cole slaw
barbeque sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Pour oil in a medium skillet and sauté onions and pepper until softened.
Grill sausages on stovetop or outdoor grill. Toast baguettes, remove from grill and fill with the cooked sausage, peppers and cole slaw. Top with barbeque sauce.
