INGREDIENTS:
4 Evergood Bockwurst Sausages 4 Evergood Hot Link Sausages 1 (4 oz.) package garlic croutons 1 (8 oz.) container of pesto sauce 30 mushrooms, cleaned 4 oz. Asiago cheese, grated melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Remove stems from mushrooms; set caps aside. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Brush lightly with butter and sprinkle with Asiago cheese. Bake at 450º for 15-20 minutes.
