Sausage and Cheese Biscuits

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:
3 Evergood Pineapple Sausages, finely chopped
2-1/4 c baking mix
2/3 c milk
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375º
Stir baking mix and milk together. Add cheese and sausage, mixture will be sticky. Drop biscuits using an ice cream scoop onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes or until done.
